Welcome to the Persyn Party Rental agreement. We aim to keep our terms as simple as our service so you can focus on your event.
Persyn Party Rentals Rental Agreement & Equipment Terms
By renting equipment from Persyn Party Rentals, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Payment & Cancellations
A deposit of 50% is required to reserve equipment, along with a 25% security deposit. Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle and Paypal will be accepted. The remaining balance is due upon delivery unless another payment arrangement has been made. The security deposit will be refunded after all rented equipment has been returned, inspected, and confirmed to be in acceptable condition. Changes or cancellations made within 21 business days of the scheduled event may be subject to rental charges because equipment has already been reserved.
2. Delivery & Installation
Persyn Party Rentals will make every effort to deliver equipment at the scheduled time, but delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. Equipment will be delivered to the location agreed upon during booking. Once a tent has been installed, relocating it may require additional labor and fees. The customer is responsible for ensuring the setup area is clear, accessible, and ready before delivery. Customers should inspect all equipment upon delivery and notify us immediately of any concerns. If underground utilities are damaged because staking locations were not properly identified, the customer accepts responsibility. Contact Miss Dig (811) before any tent installation requiring stakes. Please notify us of any sprinkler lines or electric dog fence locations. Straps and stakes are essential safety components and must never be removed, loosened, or adjusted. Do not drive nails, screws, staples, hooks, or other objects into the rental equipment. All decorations and personal belongings must be removed before scheduled pickup.
3. Weather & Safety
Our tents are designed for normal weather conditions but are not intended to withstand severe weather such as strong winds, lightning, or other hazardous conditions. For safety, all occupants should immediately leave the tent if dangerous weather develops. Persyn Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from the misuse of equipment or unsafe weather conditions.
Equipment Responsibility & Pickup
The customer is responsible for all rented items from the time they are delivered until they are picked up. Missing, stolen, or damaged equipment will be charged at the replacement or repair cost. An itemized invoice will be provided if replacement charges are necessary.
Before pickup, customers must: Remove all trash from tents and rental equipment. Clear tables of decorations, tape, table coverings, and debris. Ensure rental items are reasonably clean and ready for collection. A cleaning fee of $25 or more may be charged if excessive cleaning is required.
Safety is Our Priority
Persyn Party Rental takes equipment integrity seriously, ensuring every tent and electrical component is inspected for safety before it reaches your event. We ask that all guests follow basic safety guidelines, including maintaining distance from structural stakes and securing electrical wires to prevent trip hazards.
While we handle the setup and teardown, the customer is responsible for the equipment during the rental period. This includes preventing misuse and ensuring no items are removed or altered. In the event of minor damage or safety concerns, please notify us immediately to ensure a smooth and safe celebration.
Final Confirmation & Agreement
By signing below, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these rental terms and conditions. This agreement applies to all rentals made through Persyn Party Rentals and replaces any previous agreements.
